We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free at all times. Prices, availability, and service details should be confirmed at the time of booking. All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of CH Chauffeurs unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without our permission.
Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or by email. A booking is confirmed once we have acknowledged it to you with the agreed journey details. Please ensure the information you provide when booking (pick-up location, time, flight number, passenger numbers, etc.) is accurate, as this is what we rely on to deliver your service.
We operate a fixed-price model with no hidden charges. The price agreed at the time of booking is the price you will be charged, unless the journey details change (for example a different pick-up/drop-off location, additional stops, or extended waiting time). We accept payment by cash, card, PayPal, and Google Pay. Card payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
For airport transfers, we monitor your flight and adjust your pick-up time accordingly at no extra charge for reasonable delays. As standard, 45 minutes of free waiting time is included after your flight lands, before any additional waiting charges may apply.
Cancellation terms may vary by vehicle class and will be confirmed to you at the time of booking. As a general policy, free cancellation is available up to a set period before your scheduled pick-up time (please refer to your booking confirmation for the exact cancellation window that applies to your journey). Cancellations made after this point, or missed pick-ups without notice, may be subject to a charge.
All CH Chauffeurs drivers are licensed and undergo background checks. Our vehicles are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and safety. Child seats are available on request, subject to availability — please let us know in advance if you require one.
We will take all reasonable care in providing our service. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, road closures, or third-party flight delays. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your journey, please let us know as soon as possible via our feedback form or by contacting us directly, so we can look into it.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
